This resistance band is widely used in both rehab and training environments as a tool to strengthen muscles, improve joint injuries and increase endurance. It is ideal to use in aerobic and aquatic exercise programmes, and can get your body working harder and more efficiently, often with quicker results.
These 45 metre continuous rolls of resistance banding come in 5 different levels of resistance from extra light all the way through to heavy resistance, meaning that you can increase the intensity of your exercises as you go.
Rep bands are latex-free, with no added powder and no unpleasant odour. This means they are great for people with sensitive skin and won’t leave powder marks on your clothes either. From the dispenser, simply cut to the length required.
