Gymnic Plus Fitball

The Gymnic Plus fitball is unlike traditional physiotherapy, rehab and gym balls as it is produced with Burst Resistant Quality (BRQ) material to ensure your safety in case of puncture, and is medically CE certified (Medical Device Class I). This makes it a fantastic multi-purpose tool to assist your mobility, balance, posture, flexibility, strength and muscle tone.

When used outside of rehab, body balls can take your exercise routine a step further. This is an inflatable ball that is available in max Ø 55cm, 65cm and 75cm (diameter) and comes in blue, green, orange, purple, red and yellow. The pump is not included, but you can buy it here.

Note: As with any inflatable, this ball should not be used on any surface containing sharp, pointed objects due to the risk of puncture. However, in case of puncture the ball deflates slowly.

Please ensure you use the correct pump to inflate the ball as advised above. If you use the incorrect pump, it may not generate enough pressure to inflate the ball to its maximum diameter.
